How we build?

Pinnacle Building System Technology (PBST) consists of factory made Light Gauge Steel (LGS) frames combining with Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) and factory made Concrete Tiles.

Our factory made LGS wall structures are transported to the construction site and erected wall by wall on pre-built strip foundation. Concrete Tiles are fixed on either sides of the LGS wall structure using self-drilling screws to act as inner and outer faces of the wall. Subsequently, this wall is filled with Cellular Lightweight Concrete using a special foaming and pumping machine.

Benefits

1. SESMIC SAFETY

Light Gauge Steel (LGS) buildings are lighter than traditional buildings therefore, during earthquake less forces are exerted on the structure. Additionally steel is a ductile material, which is adept at absorbing tensile stress, thereby providing stability to the whole structure.

2. SPEED, COST AND PORTABILITY

As the frames and concrete tiles are fabricated and assembled in the factory and Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) is pumped using a machine, the overall time for a building is up to 300% faster providing cost benefit. Also, LGS frames are lightweight and can be assembled on site with ease, transporting them to remote sites is much easier than conventional construction materials.

3. ENERGY AND ACOUSTICS

CLC is an excellent insulator, providing up to 300% more insulation than conventional construction. Buildings built with this technology are more energy efficient providing quieter environment.

4. FIRE RESISTANCE

Steel is non-combustible material. Steel with concrete has a higher fire resistance rating than other construction material.

5. DESIGN

Our technology allows for various kinds of designs to be implemented, from warehouses that can have a continuous span up to 15mm to buildings up to 8 storeys.

6. LABOUR

As the frames and tiles are fabricated in the factory, the labour requirement at the site is very minimal compared to traditional construction methods.

7. PRECISION CONSTRUCTION & REDUCED WASTAGE

Since everything is prebuilt precisely using machines all alignments are exact and precise, reducing wastage and eliminating variance during construction adding to the overall quality of the buildings,

8. BETTER PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The build itself is easy to manage as most of the work is pre-planned and pre-designed. The need for complex project management on site is significantly reduced adding to overall speed and cost saving for the project. Since this is mostly dry construction method management of raw materials at the project site is easier and efficient. Beside this we also use state of the art Information Technology for better project management.
